All sales transactions are made under United Kingdom law.

C = North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man.
D = Channel Islands and Southern Ireland.
Orders to Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, some South African countries are only mailed using a 'signed for' service: This costs an additional £5. This list is not exclusive and we will advise the customer prior to taking payment.
Loss or Damage of goods
Goods are forwarded at the customer's risk. In the event of a claim being made against the carrier or post office for loss or damage, we retain copies of posting / despatch certificates for all goods despatched. Goods should be examined immediately upon receipt with any loss or damage reported immediately and in writing within three working days to both the carrier and ourselves. Only sign the receipt from the carrier if goods are in new condition. Sign un-checked if necessary. Failure to do this may invalidate your claim.
Payment
All goods are supplied on a payment with order basis. Payment may be made by BACS made out in £ Sterling / GBP ALL COST INCLUDED ON OVERSEAS PAYMENTS PLEASE, Cheques drawn on a UK bank (10 working days for clearance), postal order or Debit or Credit card. If payment is made by card please ensure all details are included and correctly stated. Goods may also be ordered and payment made by telephone, please quote card number, expiry date (issue number for switch), security code plus cardholders full name, address and postcode where card is registered. Delivery only to registered card holder’s address. Risk and Ownership - Legal and equitable title for all goods shall remain with us until all monies due have been received and we reserve the right to repossess the goods until such time as payment in full has been received.
Despatch
Every effort is made to ensure goods are despatched without delay, however, at certain times of the year, delays inevitably occur. Please therefore allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Prices and VAT
RLT Ltd is registered for VAT at the rate shown on the front of this form. Prices shown are correct at the time of going to press but we reserve the right to amend the price shown at any time. Further we reserve the right to alter any specification, withdraw or substitute items without prior notice.
Guarantees
All components supplied are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from the date of despatch, on a return to RLT Ltd basis. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. All goods are covered by a full refund policy as long as the goods are in a saleable condition on return with the original receipt. A restocking charge may be incurred for incorrectly ordered goods. Items dismantled are deemed out of warranty. All transactions carried out under UK law.
